Instead of simply handing you a spec sheet of everything Salesforce® does, our approach is to help you determine what Salesforce® can do for you. We work closely with you to map out your business goals, identify your pain points, and figure out the next steps in using Salesforce® to improve your marketing, sales and customer service processes.

We work together to find a solution that fits your business. Where the standard Salesforce® apps aren’t enough to meet your needs, we will tailor them for you. If you have specific industry/sector requirements, we will either find an existing AppExchange solution or write a custom app where an existing one is not available.

Agile delivery

When tailoring Salesforce® or writing custom apps, we adopt an Agile approach to project delivery that allows us to produce small iterative solutions as quickly as possible. For you this means a working Salesforce® implementation is delivered rapidly, with new features being added on a regular basis – each one building on the last in terms of functionality.

Your requirements, which we determined at the start, are collated into what we call a full ‘product backlog’ before being divided up into smaller blocks or ‘sprints’ that determine a delivery schedule for your project. The content of each sprint is driven by business priority in terms of how urgent your need is for a particular function, and finished sprints are typically delivered every two to four weeks.


This continuous incremental process allows you to take early delivery of a solution, and play a part in its evolution, reducing risk by allowing identification of any required revisions at an early stage so they can be put back into the development cycle and re-delivered as soon as possible in a subsequent sprint.
